The Story so far……
From the humble beginnings of a basement in a derelict, 4 storey, Victorian warehouse building, and former home to The Pete Waterman Empire “Borough Studios” came to be. From just 2 rehearsal rooms, an outdoor Art gallery and a community of musicians and artists, it grew into 10 rooms with a recording studio and 3 floors of creative Live/work space.
Due to the inevitable re-generation of its sought after location, the building is to undergo a major redevelopment programme, commencing in 2016. With 2000 sq ft of newly developed commercial premises the final phase of construction will include 9 state of the art, rehearsal studios in the heart of Central London.
The Vine Yard is a leafy, private court yard directly behind Borough tube, a part residential/part office complex of converted warehouse buildings.
